1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the TipForge website, services, tipping portals, overlays, and creator dashboards (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of our Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, creators, and donors.
2. Platform Services & Tipping
TipForge provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables creators to build public tipping pages, customize live-alert overlays, configure TTS parameters, manage social connections, and link payout gateways to receive direct support tips from their audience.
Direct Support Tips: All tips and donations made through the Platform represent direct support payments given freely to the creator. Tips are NOT payments for goods or commercial services. Consequently, all transactions are final, completed instantly, and strictly non-refundable. Donors acknowledge that they are supporting the creator directly and have no claim to refunds, chargebacks, or reversals.
3. Fees & Payment Processing
TipForge collects a flat 6% platform fee on all tipping transactions, which is automatically deducted from the gross tipping amount before it is credited to the creator's balance. Payment processing merchant fees are determined and deducted directly by our merchant partner, Razorpay, and are subject to their respective terms. We reserve the right to modify platform fee structures at any time upon notifying creators.
4. Withdrawals & Payout Policy
Creators can request payouts from their available balance through UPI, Bank Account transfer, or PayPal, subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold of ₹100.
Locked Financial Details:To prevent account hijack and protect earnings, a creator's payout details are automatically locked upon initial submission. Modification of these details requires admin-approved unlock requests. Settlement disbursements are processed manually by administrators within standard business windows after verification of logs to prevent money laundering or fraudulent transfers.
5. Moderation & AutoMod Rules
TipForge provides automated screening filters (AutoMod) that scan incoming tips and custom message text for spam, slurs, phishing links, and offensive words.
Creators and administrators agree to maintain moderation logs. Tips flagged by AutoMod are held back from OBS alerts and overlay feeds until they are reviewed and approved by Platform Administrators. Creators who modify filters, engage in illegal activities, promote hate speech, or abuse Platform resources may have their dashboard privileges revoked.
6. Account Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate accounts, deactivate tipping links, and withhold pending payouts of any user or creator who violates these Terms of Service. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, fraudulent transaction patterns, high chargeback ratios, security breaches, harassment, and illegal activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TipForge, its officers, employees, or partners, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services, including stream interruptions, payout delays, or database access failures.
